Aspire has partnered with a prominent events and entertainment organiser based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. With a rich history of successful projects, they strive to deliver exceptional experiences to their clients and audiences.
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join us on a fixed-term contract basis, leading the planning and execution of an upcoming art event.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to formulate project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Effectively organise and oversee project activities, ensuring timely and budget-compliant task completion.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and action items.
- Monitor project advancement, making necessary adjustments to plans when required.
- Engage with external stakeholders, such as suppliers, vendors, and contractors, to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Conduct regular project meetings, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress and any modifications to project plans.
- Uphold high-quality standards for all project deliverables, meeting the expectations of both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the project management team in identifying opportunities for enhancements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or PMP Certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; adept at building and maintaining relationships.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Proactive and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as required.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
