Project Lead (SINGAPORE FINTECH FESTIVAL) .

SINGAPORE FINTECH FESTIVAL (SFF) is looking for an experience Project Lead / Senior Project Manager to support the Portfolio Director in the overall project management and success of Singapore FinTech Festival.

Working closely with the Portfolio Director, you will strategize and position the Singapore FinTech Festival to be a premier event for the global fintech community.

You will provide leadership to a team of sales, marketing, and other support professionals to achieve the desired show objectives.

Besides the management of the event, you will be involved in developing new business opportunities to grow our client's portfolio of fintech events, which includes the launching of new community-based activities/events and partnerships in key markets.

Role: Project Lead

Location: Singapore

Salary: S$8,000 - S$9,000 per month

In this role, you will

• Work closely with the Portfolio Director to develop new business opportunities in new markets with the global fintech ecosystem stakeholders

• Co-drive event growth and financial performance

• Manage event P&L to ensure all revenue and costs are maintained to budget

• Lead coordination with cross functional teams comprising of event sales (sell side and buy side), marketing, operations, production and content teams

• Manage and build relationships with global fintech partners and stakeholders in the ecosystem to ensure that strategies are aligned and embraced

• Develop event content curation with the team to enable attendee experience and engagement

• Develop new product offerings with the team based on customers' needs to increase non square-metre revenue

• Work with event services and operations team to develop new features and ideas for attendee engagement at the event

To help you succeed in this role, you should have

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the exhibition industry

• Proven experience in consultative, value-based selling and objection handling

• A proven record of negotiating and securing new business

• Personal drive, ambition, and enthusiasm for sales with a proven ability to beat targets

• Able to travel overseas, when required
