Production Manager.

We are seeking a Production Manager to join our client's team in Riyadh. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the production operations of a well-established company in high-end retail and commercial interior solutions across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full production process, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Develop and implement efficient production schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Lead and manage a large workforce, including production supervisors and technicians.
• Optimize cost-control measures while maintaining production efficiency.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in joinery production, with 5+ years in a managerial role in the GCC.
• Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
