Producer (Events).

The Producer for is responsible for the management of the production outputs for clients' briefs and the management of the production team.

In support of the Director of Operations, the Producer is responsible for ensuring outstanding results from their team, establishing and maintaining a high performance culture and maintaining the general well being, satisfaction and professional development of their team.

The Producer should foster respect from subordinates, peers, management and clients alike through thought leadership, creativity, industry knowledge and best practice.

The Producer role sits as the second in charge directly under the Director of Operations, overseeing a production team consisting of an Associate Producer(s) and Project Executive(s).

Location: Singapore

Salary: up to S$6,000 per month

Start Date: 1st week - December 2022

Experience

• Minimum five (5) years' production experience in corporate production, theatre and live entertainment (preferably across all disciplines)
• Minimum two (2) years' experience in an Associate Producer role
• Extensive experience in client relations and management
• A strong creative eye with an unwavering ability to manage the creative process
• A deep understanding of conflict resolution and management
• A decisive mind and process / approach
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Extensive cultural knowledge
• Outstanding supplier relations and knowledge
• Knowledge and understanding of technical production and execution
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of the industry including; Venues, Hospitality, Virtual Events Platforms, Hybrid Concepts, Digital Campaigns, Entertainment, Technical, Staging, Lighting, Audio, Production Design, Creative Consultants, Logistics, Budget Management
