An opportunity now exists for a Business Development Manager to join our client, a leading information and marketing solutions company.
If you are passionate about managing exhibitors and sponsorship sales for events, have an effective sales strategy approach and want to play a crucial role in growing the business of this company, this is the perfect role for you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Growing sales among existing clients and building new business opportunities
- Establishing a target list of leads and identify potential clients in the APAC region
- Attending company's events and industry trade shows
- Maintaining relationships with clients
- Coordinating advertising activities and event attendance with marketing and event organizers
- Liaise with Events Director on global sales for the company
Your profile:
- A Bachelor's degree in business or related
- At least 3 to 4 years of Business development or Account management experience.
- Solid track record in consistently delivering or exceeding sales goals
- Self-driven personality, ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent sales, negotiation and communication skills
- You need to be self-motivated and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Travelling may be required.
