Recruiting a passionate marketer for a FinTech company that provides financing solutions to freelancers and SMEs around the world.

Looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to join the growing team. You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies with the aim to increase brand awareness and growing our user base in the Southeast Asian region.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective marketing and brand communication planning that expand their digital footprint and brand awareness in the Southeast Asia region across different target audiences.
• Evaluate campaign performance and provide reporting on optimisation opportunities and learning that can be scaled across all regions.
• Evaluate and report on trends, opportunities, and learning to uncover marketing opportunities.
• Lead content marketing team and drive key initiatives to position themselves in the digital space including social media platforms and website content.
• Work closely with various stakeholders especially product teams to identify common marketing needs for the region through campaigns and content.
• Work closely with the senior management team to set brand directions.
• Innovate new ways to increase brand awareness and keep up to date on modern marketing trends

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing and communications experiences preferable in the finance / fintech space.
• Content creation and/or editorial experience (in news, tech, finance preferred).
• Experienced owning and executing a content strategy and track results over time.
• Exceptional project management skills, with ability to lead projects independently.
• Fundamental understanding of web traffic metrics, analytics, and content optimisation
