Aspire Middle East has partnered with a global leader in beauty and skincare to find a Key Account Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving growth and managing relationships with strategic retail partners. Based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, this position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-moving and competitive industry.

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute business strategies that deliver strong results while enhancing customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective account management strategies to achieve sales goals and strengthen partnerships with key retail accounts.
  • Drive growth across multiple product lines by optimising sell-in and sell-out, increasing market share, and ensuring excellent service levels.
  • Lead the launch of new products and updates, ensuring seamless execution and optimal stock availability.
  • Track account performance using key metrics and implement action plans to enhance results and meet objectives.
  • Plan and execute innovative promotional activities to drive sales, maximise brand visibility, and engage customers during key events.
  • Oversee annual agreements, including terms for pricing, rebates, and volume commitments, to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive online product content, including descriptions, features, benefits, and images, to enhance the digital shopping experience.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, using insights to adapt strategies and stay ahead.
  • Participate in demand planning meetings to align forecasts with market trends and stock levels, ensuring business continuity.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing major retail accounts, ideally within the FMCG or consumer goods sectors.
  • Strong ability to create and execute impactful sales strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • A data-driven approach to performance tracking and decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to foster long-term, productive partnerships.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams and inspiring high performance.
