Role: Associate Event Producer

Salary: S$3,500 - S$4,000 per month

Responsibilities

- Curating creative concepts and development production management

- Source, evaluate and negotiate production estimates, while coordinating and managing production schedules

- Facilitate meetings, oversee productions budgets and resource allocation

- Problem solving skills with a proactive approach

- Anticipating and mitigating any potential risks or challenges during the planning and execution phase

- Collaborating with clients to understand their objectives, and requirements

- Working closely with the respective teams to translate conceptual ideas into captivating design and experiences

Qualifications

- Passion for executing successful, captivating and memorable events

- Experience in the event industry

- Attention to detail, organisational skills, ability to handle multiple projects

- Good communication, time management and proactive

- Willing to travel on-site to events across Asia-Pacific as needed

- Unfazed by deadlines, multiple projects, conflicting priorities and pressure

- Outgoing, friendly, sense of team spirit, confident and dedicated to event management

- Willingness to learn, and develop your foundation skills with a keen eye for detail, quality management, production experience, time management, and ready to embrace learning and growth in your role
