Aspire is working with a leading events company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to hire an experienced Human Resources Manager with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics (MSD). This role involves developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives, managing MSD-related processes, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labour laws.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and retention.
Oversee MSD-related tasks, including sponsorship transfers, visa processing, and compliance with Saudi labour laws.
Lead recruitment efforts, establish talent pipelines, and implement performance management systems.
Foster positive employee relationships, address grievances, and develop initiatives to enhance engagement.
Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws and company policies while mitigating potential risks.
Manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and employee data administration.
Develop and oversee HR budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions align with business needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia, including a minimum of 2 years in an MSD-related role.
Comprehensive understanding of MSD regulations, sponsorship transfers, and visa processing.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex HR challenges effectively.
