Head of Marketing (Events).

Our client is an international exhibitions and publishing company running events across 24 countries in the Middle East, Asia, America and UK, looking for a Head of Marketing (Events) for their Singapore office.

Role: Head of Marketing, Events

Location: Singapore

Salary: S$10,000 - S$12,000

As the Head of Marketing, you will oversee all aspects of marketing activities and establish best practices. You will also work closely with cross functional teams to generate leads and conversions as well as other department heads outside of the events team.

As the Head of Marketing, you will:

• Produce and review strategic and executive plans for all campaigns
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns timely and within agreed budgets
• Provide integrated marketing support for the events team
• Coordinate and manage supplier relationships
• Manage agencies to fulfil international marketing and PR plans
• Manage integrations of any third-party modules and ensure show websites are updated
• Develop and nurture stakeholder relationships and industry networks
• Manage databases, development and list sourcing
• Manage participation at competitor events, as required
• Assist the event management team to identify business opportunities
• Lead the marketing team, ensuring growth and development of each individual member
• Collaborate and share best practices across international offices

As the Head of Marketing, you will need:

• At least 7 years' management experience in events and/or B2B media
• Detailed knowledge of marketing best practices, B2B exhibition and publishing market
• Understanding of data protection
• Experience in developing and managing the execution of digital and social media strategy
• Experience in reviewing current and introducing new procedures
• Ability to network and liaise with c-levels
• Understanding of market trends and proactively act on market trend observed
• Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently
• Experience in managing a team
