Are you a marketing leader with a passion to grow and lead a team? Our client are a fantastic B2B exhibitions business, creating some world renowned Technology and Healthcare exhibitions.
They are looking to hire a Head of Marketing in their Singapore office. The ideal candidate will be a strong marketer across multiple channels, with a strong focus on digital. They will be hands on and willing to get stuck in, whilst supporting and building a team.
The Role:
- Overseeing high quality B2B event marketing campaign cycles
- Managing and growing a team of 8-12 marketers
- Developing and executing event marketing strategies
- Looking at customer feedback and data to ensure each campaign is improved upon and reaching the target audience
- Developing relationships with key clients, stakeholders and vendors
- Overseeing marketing budget
- Reporting analysis and insights as required
- Keeping on top of industry trends
Your Experience:
- Proven experience in a senior marketing/leadership position
- Experience managing a team
- Event/exhibition marketing experience is ideal
- Experience in database management and reporting on marketing analytics
Your Profile:
- Excellent communicator
- Quick thinker and problem solver
- Able to work individually and in a team
- Strong leader
