Head of Marketing - SEA & India

Singapore

SGD $10,000 - $12,000 per month

About the role

Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will be responsible for spearheading the Marketing and Direct To Consumer strategy regionally, leading the team to manage B2B marketing initiatives, grow portfolio of esports team brands, and deliver a premium Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) experience for our large fanbase.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the regional marketing and D2C business unit across SEA and India
  • Establish and manage a team including marketing and paid media managers, designers, merchandise managers and analytics professionals
  • Own the brand growth metrics associated to our portfolio of esports teams and establish a strategy to ensure each team becomes a local market leader
  • Own the growth metrics associated to our corporate digital channels and ensure consistent brand presence across all platforms
  • Establish and oversight of the global infrastructure for our e-commerce stores & CRM (system capabilities and processes) to deliver a premium experience for customers
  • Drive, plan and implement new marketing e-commerce capabilities and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Lead and drive strategic business projects in support of customer acquisition, market expansion, new product launch etc
  • Full P&L responsibility for the marketing and D2C division regionally

Relationship

  • Work closely with C suite and foster cross functional relationships across other departments
  • Manage and drive customer data management to support marketing activities
  • Oversee our relationships with third party retailers such as Lazada / Shopee / Tokopedia
  • Manage all third party agency relationships and outsourced creative resources

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in marketing, partnerships, e-commerce / D2C and performance media
  • Experience in owning multi-million dollar P&L
  • Business acumen with hands-on experience scaling a marketing and/or e-commerce division
  • Knowledge of project management methodology - develop work scope, identify and resolve issues, manage risk, and run global team meetings
  • Experience in SEO, Content, Performance Marketing (social, paid, display, SEM) via various media channels
  • Familiarity with digital performance metrics such as ROAS, CPC, CTR) and the ability to guide optimization strategies
  • Excellent communicator and senior stakeholder management and engagement
  • Data analytics and use of marketing tech to drive spend efficiency & effectiveness
