💼 Head of Finance - Drinks Industry Experience a MUST! (UK, Remote/Hybrid)

Are you a commercially sharp finance leader with hands-on experience in the drinks, energy, wellness, or functional beverage sector?

We're hiring a Head of Finance for a fast-growing consumer drinks brand. This is a hands-on leadership role where strategic financial planning meets day-to-day execution across digital, retail, and international markets.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years in high-growth, hands-on finance roles (SME or PE-backed).

• Direct drinks industry experience required - energy, wellness, or nootropic brands preferred.

• Strong expertise in retail finance, cash flow, working capital, and financial modelling.

• Comfortable engaging with founders, senior leadership, and investors.

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
