We're building a new accountancy practice to support UK entrepreneurs from day one. From company formation to statutory compliance and accounting, our platform helps founders move fast while staying compliant.

As Deputy - Accountancy Practice Lead, you'll be the second-in-command, supporting the launch and growth of the practice. You'll manage client operations, mentor a small team 👩‍💼👨‍💼, and help shape systems and processes for scalability ⚡.

What You'll Do

• Manage client-facing operations and handle complex queries ✅

• Support the Accountancy Practice Lead in scaling the practice

• Mentor and develop junior colleagues

• Implement efficient processes and knowledge-sharing systems

• Keep the practice compliant with regulatory and legislative changes

Who You Are

• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualified accountant

• 8+ years in medium-sized accountancy practices

• Skilled in personal tax, VAT, IFRS 102 & 105

• Hands-on experience in scaling teams or improving processes

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Collaborative, proactive, and strong communicator
