Head of Client Solutions
To be based in SG or willing to relocate

Client Solutions is the division responsible for providing strategy, planning, and insights support to our clients in conjunction with the sales and account management teams as well as the talent and production teams. Our job is to deliver best-in-class solutions to our partners and clients.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized person to lead our regional function within this division. The job entails full responsibility for managing a team Senior Client Solution Managers, Project Managers and Designers, while organizing and optimizing the work-flow. It includes leadership, performance coaching, as well as strategic planning and strong product knowledge and ability to make valuable contributions. You must have experience leading sales planning, pitching and client services. The role requires strong people skills and ability to work across multiple teams and functions within the business. The ideal candidate must be a very reliable team player with comprehensive knowledge and service mind.

The Responsibilities

* Directly manage and organize the Client Solutions team(s) across the region
* Provide team guidance and coaching while delivering tailored solutions to client requests
* Collaborate with Sales on key accounts needs, and act as an operational point of contact for clients
* Partner with Sales for account planning exercises, QBRs and upfront negotiations to evaluate client business needs
* Maintain and approve policy exception requests relating to Service Level Agreements, Pricing, Makegoods, and more
* Conduct regular status meetings with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment that supports the business
* Oversee completion of CS team recurring tasks including pipeline hygiene, campaign pacing, production tracking, measurement outcomes and client billing
* Assess staffing needs and lead the interviewing, hiring and onboarding of talent
* Lead trainings for the CS team inclusive of role-specific, soft-skills, procedural and developmental trainings
* Provide bi-annual development talks to your team
* Review and approve administrative tasks for each individual on your team

Requirements

* You have 6+ years of people management experience, with 8+ years of experience working in the digital media landscape
* You gracefully translate client requests for internal cross-functional teams * Detail oriented and find solutions for clients while improving internal processes
* You hold strong relationships with internal and external partner teams
* You are passionate about identifying and developing excellent customer service skills in others
* You are well versed in digital media measurement tools and reporting metrics - CPV, Media Value, Brand Uplift etc
* You have experience working within CRMs, social analytics reporting tools and are experienced in tools like excel, PowerPoint and project management software
* This role will be based out of Bangkok, Thailand
