Germany-Speaking Conference Producer.

Aspire has partnered with a leading events organisation in Dubai, UAE. We are seeking a driven, Germany-speaking Conference Producer to join their team. As the Conference Producer, you will take full ownership of the content, product, and industry relationships, ensuring the seamless delivery of our conferences.

Your role will encompass all aspects of the program life cycle, from research and development to speaker acquisition and on site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research to create compelling conference agendas that meet market needs and commercial goals.
• Develop and manage relationships with market stakeholders, including industry leaders, partner organisations, vendors, and media.
• Identify, recruit, and manage highly esteemed speakers, including industry experts, regulators, and government representatives.
• Engage with potential attendees to gather insights and tailor the conference agenda for maximum relevance and impact.
• Maintain regular communication with management to provide status updates on events.
• Travel nationally and internationally to manage conferences on-site, ensuring high-quality delivery and excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in conference production across the Middle East. International experience is preferable but not necessary.
• Proven experience in managing a portfolio of international event products with a focus on efficient and effective processes.
• Demonstrate a strong passion for developing leading conferences and a commitment to excellence.
• Ability to work independently, leading cross-functional teams across multiple events.
• Fluency in German is required.
