The Role: Executive Producer

• Drive flawless execution of complex, high-profile projects from concept to completion, within budget and timelines.

• Collaborate with creative, account, and technical teams. Ensure project profitability and exceed client expectations.

• Build strong client partnerships, offering strategic guidance.

• Manage event resourcing and vendor relationships.

• Oversee financial reconciliation and mentor event teams.

• Be a subject matter expert in event production.

Your experience:

• 6 to 10 years leading complex live/digital events.

• Strong budget management and client relationship skills.

• Excellent collaboration, communication, and negotiation abilities.

• Deep understanding of event production and logistics.

• Proactive problem-solver.

• Proficient in project management software.
