The Role: Executive Producer
- Drive flawless execution of complex, high-profile projects from concept to completion, within budget and timelines.
- Collaborate with creative, account, and technical teams. Ensure project profitability and exceed client expectations.
- Build strong client partnerships, offering strategic guidance.
- Manage event resourcing and vendor relationships.
- Oversee financial reconciliation and mentor event teams.
- Be a subject matter expert in event production.
Your experience:
- 6 to 10 years leading complex live/digital events.
- Strong budget management and client relationship skills.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Deep understanding of event production and logistics.
- Proactive problem-solver.
- Proficient in project management software.
