Events Executive Producer.

Our client is an exciting global brand who is looking for an Events Executive Producer to join their vibrant team and be part of creating extraordinary experiences.

Role: Events Executive Producer

Location: Singapore

Salary: S$10,000 - S$11,500

The Events Executive Producer will oversee various projects from conception to execution, play a significant role in business expansion, and ensure that all work meets or exceeds client's expectations.

As an Events Executive Producer, you will:

• Take part in the creation of integrated solutions that make use of agency resources and benefit both the client and the agency.
• Ensure that incremental program proposals, scopes of work, timetables, and staffing plans are developed, written, and presented with the client's approval.
• Establish and nurture strong client connections by making sure that each customer's needs are understood and promptly met.
• Ensure clear and prompt communication to client.
• Collaborate with the Account Director to manage program end-to-end process.
• Conduct regular meetings to sync up on progress between team members, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Coach, mentor and develop junior team by providing growth opportunities and constructive feedback.
• Engage in brainstorming sessions to come up with ideas for clients.
• Liaise with the Account Director to manage budgets.
• Develop and nurture vendor and/or freelance talent relationships.

As an Events Executive Producer, you are/have:

• Excited about companies and their communication needs with their audience.
• Firm knowledge of technical and logistical aspects of event production.
• Understanding of the marketing industry and stay informed of the events, media and creative sectors.
• More than 10 years' experience in both B2B and B2C events.
