Role: Conference and Event Registration Manager

As the Registration Manager, you will develop and run registration strategies for conferences and events.

A pivotal aspect of this role involves managing data collection and deriving insights throughout the registration process.

By prioritising customer satisfaction and process enhancement, you will elevate attendee experiences and drive business growth. Leveraging your expertise, you will play a critical role in supporting event success and expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement registration strategies from pre-show to post-event phases.
• Identify and utilise suitable event registration software and tools to streamline registration processes.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date collection of attendee data while enhancing overall customer experience.
• Manage vendors, lead negotiations, and ensure cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.
• Foster and promote effective team communication.
• Plan and allocate resources in alignment with project timelines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate new technologies effectively.
• Demonstrate proficiency in event registration software, CRM systems, and database management.
• Experience in event registration management, including leadership or matrix management roles.
• Flexibility to travel and work weekends as required for event support.
• Exhibit strong project management, leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to facilitate successful team outcomes.
