We are working with a successful events company based in Singapore with a renowned regional presence. Trusted by clients in the region and beyond, they provide creative, marketing, and event services to businesses across various sectors.

Role: Event Production Manager
Location: Singapore
Salary: up to S$6,000

Key Responsibilities

• Vision & Logistics: Translate design visions into tangible, budget-conscious event plans, adhering to timeframes and venue limitations.
• Documentation & Organization: Create and maintain comprehensive production documents, including floor plans, schedules, vendor lists, and inventory requests.
• On-Site Execution: Manage event setup, build, and breakdown, overseeing vendors, venue logistics, and production staff.
• Communication & Relationships: Build strong ties with clients, venues, and suppliers, ensuring client satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
• Teamwork & Adaptability: Provide support to team members, perform additional tasks as needed, and demonstrate flexibility in response to business demands.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in MICE Industry
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Time management, planning and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and deliverables
