Event Manager.

Our client is a boutique firm who prides themselves in providing quality marketing campaigns and execute exciting events. They are looking for a Event Manager to join their versatile and enterprising team.

Role: Event Manager

Location: Hong Kong

Salary: HKD$30,000 - HKD$40,000 monthly

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead new business pitching and project cycle including onsite execution
• Manage events and campaign deliverables
• Leads and participates in client meetings
• Develop budgets, timelines, proposals and prepare all clients correspondence
• Manage all aspects of assigned project execution within established budgets and timeframe
• Proactively research and stay well-informed of clients' brands/products/services/marketing developments
• Handles other paperwork associated with account and job functions
• Responsible for performing other agency related tasks as assigned
• Overseas travelling may be required

You have:

• Degree/tertiary education
• Min. 3 years' experience in events, marketing and/or communications. Agency experience is preferred
• Great interpersonal and client management skills a must
• Good understanding of marketing activities such as creative, print, digital, video production and events management
• Firm understanding commercial management skills and how agency's sales cycle work
• Ability to manage complex situation
• Great interpersonal skills

This role is open to candidates outside Hong Kong and willing to relocate.
