FIRST is now looking for their next Event Manager to represent them on-site within a well-known tech company. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients, utilising your operational and logistic facilities management skills. Reporting directly to the Team Lead, you will coordinate the logistical needs of the event space with internal teams.

THE ROLE

• As Event Manager, you will act as a consultant, providing end-to-end planning support for Event Hosts to ensure excellent event experience
• Uncover client objectives and requirements, review budgets, and offer suggestions or enhancements to maximise ROI and meet event objectives
• Organise and oversee all event needs including logistics, décor, entertainment, security, premiums, and catering
• Communicate with Events Service Specialist and external facilities, checking in on needs throughout event
• Develop event requirements and deliverables with all departments
• Manage multiple events across different industries, delivering world class creative execution
  

ALL ABOUT YOU

• At least 2 to 5 years of event management or corporate meeting/conference planning experience (events with 50-300+ people)
• Bachelor's Degree is a bonus but not required
• Proven ability to grasp event objectives, business, and audience to align with Event Host needs
• Experienced working in a fast-paced environment across all levels of stakeholders
• Proficient in G Suite, experienced working on large databases

• Highly organised, able to multitask and meet deadlines through excellent time management skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
