Event Executive (6 months contract).

We have a current opportunity for a Event Executive (6 months contract). The position will be based in Singapore. For further information about this position please apply.

Salary: $3,000 - $3,500 per month

Working Hours: 8.30 am to 6 pm (office based)

Responsibilities:

Pre-Event Planning and Coordination:

• Collaborate closely with the event planning team to develop comprehensive event operations plans.
• Conduct detailed site inspections and vendor assessments.
• Assist in managing event budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
• Oversee the procurement of all event-related materials and equipment.
• Assist in developing detailed event day schedules and run-of-show documents.
• Lead coordination with all event vendors and suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.

Event Execution:

• Manage on-site event operations teams.
• Ensure adherence to event timelines and schedules.
• Assist to lead event logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and guest services.
• Resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain open communication with the client throughout the event.

Post-Event Analysis and Reporting:

• Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare event reports, including financial summaries and attendee feedback.
• Assist to develop and implement process improvements for future events.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in events
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
