As Event Coordinator, you will represent this company and act as the central point of contact on-site. The successful candidate will be working with Event Managers to plan and execute internal events, utilising their top-notch operational and logistic facilities management skills.

THE ROLE

As Event Service Specialist, you will act as primary contact for Event Host and clients during onsite and digital events
Ensure excellent execution and service delivery, working pre-event with Event Manager and service partners
Be on top of onsite needs, confirming and clarifying areas of concern before event
Communicate all important changes to the event team
Day of event support - being onsite, troubleshooting and escalating issues, etc.

ALL ABOUT YOU:

At least 2 years of event coordination or other applicable experience (including internships, etc), within a large venue/hotel preferred
Good grasp of basic standards of Catering and Event Management
Experienced working in a fast-paced environment across all levels of stakeholders
Proficient in G Suite, experienced working on large databases

Excellent communication, interpersonal and sales skills
Resourceful problem solver who thinks outside the box
Highly organised, able to multitask and meet deadlines through excellent time management
Able to work in a team and adapt to situations
