As Event Coordinator, you will represent this company and act as the central point of contact on-site. The successful candidate will be working with Event Managers to plan and execute internal events, utilising their top-notch operational and logistic facilities management skills.

THE ROLE

• As Event Service Specialist, you will act as primary contact for Event Host and clients during onsite and digital events
• Ensure excellent execution and service delivery, working pre-event with Event Manager and service partners
• Be on top of onsite needs, confirming and clarifying areas of concern before event
• Communicate all important changes to the event team
• Day of event support - being onsite, troubleshooting and escalating issues, etc.

ALL ABOUT YOU:

• At least 2 years of event coordination or other applicable experience (including internships, etc), within a large venue/hotel preferred
• Good grasp of basic standards of Catering and Event Management
• Experienced working in a fast-paced environment across all levels of stakeholders
• Proficient in G Suite, experienced working on large databases

• Highly organised, able to multitask and meet deadlines through excellent time management
• Able to work in a team and adapt to situations
