I'm partnering with a Three-times Emmy-nominated 3D Animation studio based in Singapore. Their shop is second to none in creating quality productions for Film and Television. Exciting times for the guys as they are expanding their Digital Team and looking to hire an Ecommerce Manager who will help them to drive their online business.

You will be responsible for…

• Leading the development, management and delivery of the e-commerce strategy.
• Driving traffic into key marketplaces - devise strategies and action plans to increase traffic, acquire new customers, increase conversion rate and optimise sales.
• Expanding Business - Expand globally to new countries, and new marketplaces such as Amazon, Lazada and Shopee.
• Coming up with eCommerce Strategy - Identify growth opportunities and prioritise the product development roadmap.
• Improving UI and UX to enhance customers' shopping experience on Oddbods Shopify store.
• Working closely with logistics to ensure that the order fulfilment process is seamless and ensure product are in stock at all time.
• Working closely with the marketing team to drive online sales growth through promotions and advertising, using marketplaces advertising (Amazon PPC, Walmart Display ads, etc) and digital advertising (Facebook, Google, Youtube, etc).
• Managing external agencies ensuring agreed deliverables are achieved.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following…

• 4+ years experience in ecommerce, either in-house or at a digital agency.
• Thorough understanding of e-commerce operations, with a passion for online customer experience.
• Proficient in marketing campaigns & metrics tracking.
• Experience as a Amazon sellers, Shopify seller Lazada/Shopee sellers is a big advantage.
• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of business management process.
