Our client is a B2B Technology exhibitions organiser that organise global reputable technology events and exhibitions. Their Singapore team is growing and they are looking for a Customer service Executive to be communicating with their clients regularly and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities will include
- Working with accounts that need consistent communication to ensure they are happy
- Promoting client retention
- Managing timelines and communicating with various teams to ensure client's needs are met
- Handling inbound customer enquiries and contact with customers via phone and email
- Assisting with exhibitions on the day where required
Requirements:
- Some customer service experience is ideal but fresh graduates will be considered
- A confident personality and ability to handle phone enquires
- Good communication skills
- Organised
