Customer service specialist.

Our client is a B2B Technology exhibitions organiser that organise global reputable technology events and exhibitions. Their Singapore team is growing and they are looking for a Customer service Executive to be communicating with their clients regularly and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities will include

• Working with accounts that need consistent communication to ensure they are happy
• Promoting client retention
• Managing timelines and communicating with various teams to ensure client's needs are met
• Handling inbound customer enquiries and contact with customers via phone and email
• Assisting with exhibitions on the day where required

Requirements:

• Some customer service experience is ideal but fresh graduates will be considered
• A confident personality and ability to handle phone enquires
• Good communication skills
• Organised
