Join a team of master storytellers in a Dubai-based experiential marketing agency! With a strong presence around the world, our client is a full-service agency that aims to give brands the tools to elevate their experiential offerings using strategy, creative design, and impactful implementation.

Our client is looking for their next Creative Director to move to Dubai and lead creative workflow. The Creative Director will be in charge of the creative team, leading and developing creative processes and visions.

The client is open for candidates to relocate to Dubai from around the world.

The Role:

• Use an experiential first approach to develop concepts
• Create tangible projects out of client briefs using fresh creative territories
• Oversee projects end-to-end, signing off on them before presentation
• Work closely with the creative team and Head of Studio to guide the team to achieving excellence
• Develop a wining formula using resources at hand to push the envelope with creative output

Your Experience:

• At least 9 years of industry experience, including management experience
• Degree in a Design discipline
• Major network agency experience is a bonus
• Proven experiential or creative content delivery techniques
• Experienced with Adobe C-Suite, Microsoft Office

Your Profile:

• Creative thinker and proven leader
• Up-to-date with pop-culture, art, design practices
• Knows how to walk the line of creativity and cost-efficiency
• Excellent communication skills
• Calm under pressure with great attention to detail
