Conference Production Lead.

Are you passionate about technology and building relationships/creating content for fantastic B2B events? Our client are a fantastic B2B exhibitions business, creating world renowned Technology exhibitions.

They are looking to hire a conference production lead to run the team in the Singapore office. The ideal candidate will have experience producing content/schedules for events and speaker acquisition, along with an interest in technology.

The Role as Conference production lead

• Leading a team of 4 conference producers; guiding, mentoring and ensuring the team runs smoothly
• Networking with key market leaders
• Strategic input around which innovative technology leaders to target in Asia
• Agenda setting and strategy around content for events
• Managing relationships with speakers leading up to and on-site events
• Keeping on top of industry trends and developing in-depth knowledge on relevant technology topics such as big data, cybersecurity, AI, cloud and more
• Developing strong relationships within internal teams and stakeholders
• Attending industry events to grow network, knowledge and represent the business

Your Experience and profile as conference production lead:

• Experience within conference and event production, specifically with speaker acquisition ability
• Experience of at least 2 years of team management
• A relevant degree within journalism, marketing, communications or similar
• An interest in technology
• A positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Quick thinker and problem solver
• Able to work individually and in a team
