Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid - 3 days in office, some remote flexibility)
Salary: $70K-$80K + profit sharing

Are you passionate about the energy industry and enjoy creating events that educate, inspire, and bring people together? We're looking for a Conference Producer to design and deliver top-quality conferences, courses, and webinars. 🌟

What You'll Do:

• 🔍 Research the latest trends in energy and infrastructure to identify engaging topics

• 📝 Turn research into clear, informative programs for industry professionals

• 🎙 Recruit experts to lead sessions and share knowledge

• 🤝 Build relationships with sponsors, partners, and attendees

• 📅 Manage event logistics on-site - occasional travel across the U.S.

• 💡 Work closely with marketing to ensure programs are effective and well-promoted

What We're Looking For:

• 🎓 Bachelor's degree

• ✍ Strong communication and writing skills

• ⚡ Experience in the energy industry or program development preferred

• 💻 Proficiency in MS Office

• ✈ Willingness to travel for events

• 📍 Denver-based preferred
