Conference Producer.

Are you passionate about technology and building relationships/creating content for fantastic B2B events? Our client are a fantastic B2B exhibitions business, creating world renowned Technology exhibitions. They have a show in Japan that requires a strong conference producer to lead the event content, coming up with exciting ideas of speakers to create an unforgettable agenda.

They are looking to hire a conference producer in either Tokyo and Singapore. The ideal candidate will have experience producing content/schedules for events and speaker acquisition, along with an interest in technology.

The Role as Conference producer

• Identifying trends and finding innovative technology leaders in Asia
• Networking with key market leaders
• Managing relationships with speakers leading up to and on-site events
• Supporting on agendas and content to be covered at events
• Keeping on top of industry trends and developing in-depth knowledge on relevant technology topics
• Developing strong relationships within internal teams and stakeholders
• Attending industry events to grow network, knowledge and represent the business

Your Experience and profile as conference producer:

• Experience within conference and event production, specifically with speaker acquisition ability
• A relevant degree within journalism, marketing, communications or similar
• An interest in technology
• Japanese language skills are essential for this role
• A positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Quick thinker and problem solver
• Able to work individually and in a team
