Conference Producer.

An exciting and unique opportunity has arrived for individuals with a background in conference production and content strategy!

Our client is an international, market-leading event & exhibition organiser with a global presence. Currently seeking a forward-thinking Conference Producer to create strategic content for their new event launch in Asia.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for the following:

• Management of the strategic conference, from researching industry -relevant trends, through to on site delivery
• Development of commercially viable conferences based on the in-depth market research (calling) into the relevant market and topic
• Development of conference agenda and content
• Stakeholder & relationship management with potential speakers and industry influencers (Global C-Suite, VP and Director level), discussing developing important topics shaping the industry's future
• Write promotional-led programmes, marketing campaigns, web copy, etc
• To work closely with marketing, sales and logistic teams to promote and ensure successful execution of event

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with a proven track record of B2B networking
• Proven track record of min. 3 years in management, developing industry-leading conferences or equivalent
• Positive attitude with ability to assimilate complex information quickly
• Excellent time management and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple moving deadlines
• Understanding of Science/Tech/Energy/Health care or similar related industry a plus
