We are working with an established UK-based events and media company that has produced world-class tradeshow events across various sectors and brands.

With an esteemed global presence, they are looking to grow their team in Singapore and are looking for a Conference Producer to join them!

Role: Conference Manager

Location: Singapore

As a Conference Producer, you will manage their renowned summit project and live/virtual conference events.

What you'll do:

• Research, identify gaps, and produce relevant content for the petrochemicals industry
• Acquire speakers and VIP attendees (Buy-side)
• Manage the onsite logistics and operations assigned
• Collaborate with teams across the company for marketing and delivering events

Your strength and experience:

• A bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• 2+ years experience in conference producing or research/journalist role
• Research skills
• Well-spoken and interpersonal skills
• Client-facing and able to deal with sponsorship team and stakeholders
• Knowledge in the refining and petrochemicals industry is an advantage
