Exciting Opportunity: Conference Content Producer (Permanent Position)

We are currently seeking a Conference Content Producer to join our client's team on a permanent basis.

This role is based in Singapore or Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

About the Role

As a Conference Content Producer, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the content strategy across the event portfolio.

You'll build strong industry relationships and manage the full life-cycle of conference programming-from research and development to onsite execution.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for content, a strong grasp of industry trends, and the ability to drive engagement through high-quality event programming.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with industry stakeholders and partners to develop timely and commercially relevant conference topics

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify key trends and create compelling agendas for conferences, webinars, and speaker interviews

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, leaders, partner organisations, vendors, and media

• Source, invite, and confirm high-calibre speakers and moderators

• Monitor regional and global market dynamics to identify new content opportunities

• Partner with commercial and sales teams to support sponsorship and delegate acquisition strategies

• Deliver internal sales briefings to align teams on content strategy and key selling points

• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure effective promotion and audience engagement

• Ensure flawless onsite delivery of events while fostering strong relationships with speakers, attendees, and sponsors

• Experience in conference production or B2B content creation (preferred)
