Role: Conference and Event Registration Executive/Manager

Location: Singapore

Salary: S$4,000 - S$5,000 per month

As Registration Manager, you will develop, and lead registration strategies for Conferences and Events.

A key focus of this role will be managing the data collection and gathering insights, through the registration process.

With focus on customer satisfaction and process improvement drives exceptional experiences and boosts business growth. Your knowledge and skills, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and success of the event.

Responsibilities

• Developing and driving registration strategies from pre-show to post-event
• Identifying and leveraging appropriate event registration software and tools to optimize registration processes
• Overseeing the collection, maintenance, and accuracy of attendee data whilst delivering on positive customer experience
• Managing vendors. Leading negotiations and ensuring cost effective and top tier service deliverables
• Fostering a trusting work environment and cultivating cohesive team communications
• Planning resources in line with delivery plan
• Working with internal partners to deploy new technologies

• Possess extensive knowledge of event registration software, CRM systems, and database management.
• Possess significant expertise in managing event registration, including leadership or matrix managerial experience.
• Be flexible to travel and work weekends as required for events
• Possess exceptional skills in project management, leadership, communication, analysis, and problem-solving for successful teamwork.
