Our client is a specialist technology and consultancy business focused of data science and how to engage customers better through innovative loyalty programmes across retail, financial services, airlines and consumer goods. They are looking for a Data consultant in Hong Kong that will be analysing data and consulting on how to develop better relationships with customers.

The Role as Data consultant

• Analysing data around customer trends and activation to plan how to improve customer relationships
• Managing a client portfolio, building strong relationships with stakeholders
• Onboarding clients and training on analytics toolsets
• Retention of clients, ensuring client satisfaction
• Being an expert on how to grow client's business by offering insight and recommendations
• Project management of quality and timelines of loyalty and CRM projects across multiple industries

Your Experience and profile as Data Consultant:

• Experience within an agency or consulting environment, focused on consumer behaviour, loyalty or CRM projects
• Experience interpreting large quantitative data sets and applying relevant insights
• Commercially minded
• Client management experience is essenial
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Quick thinker and problem solver
