Business Development Specialist - Luxury Interior Design

Weare Aspire Middle East seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist for a prestigious Luxury Interior & Architecture Design firm in Dubai.

This Business Development Specialist role is ideal for someone with a background in real estate and interior design, strong UAE market knowledge, and a passion for high-end spaces.

Role Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the luxury real estate and interior design sectors and high-end retail
  
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to expand the customer base.
  
• Lead strategic partnerships and pitch tailored design solutions to high-end clients
  
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of business development experience in the UAE, specifically within Real Estate and/or Interior Design industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Multilingual candidates are preferred
