Business Development Specialist - Luxury Interior Design
Location: Dubai, UAE

Weare Aspire Middle East seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist for a prestigious Luxury Interior & Architecture Design firm in Dubai.

This Business Development Specialist role is ideal for someone with a background in real estate and interior design, strong UAE market knowledge, and a passion for high-end spaces.

Role Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the luxury real estate and interior design sectors and high-end retail
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to expand the customer base.
Lead strategic partnerships and pitch tailored design solutions to high-end clients
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of business development experience in the UAE, specifically within Real Estate and/or Interior Design industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Multilingual candidates are preferred
