This role focuses on relationship-based selling for high-quality B2B conferences in the energy and infrastructure space. You'll work closely with industry professionals - many at senior level - helping them understand which events best support their goals.
You'll be a knowledgeable and approachable point of contact, guiding people through the full sales process via professional telephone conversations 📞
🌱 Identifying and nurturing long-term client relationships
🎤 Presenting the value of conferences clearly over the telephone
📈 Managing the full sales cycle, from outreach to close
🔍 Learning about industry topics and sharing insights with clients
🤝 Representing the organization at conferences across the U.S.
✅ 1-3 years' experience in B2B sales, marketing, or conference/event sales
✅ Clear written and verbal communication skills
✅ Persistence and follow-through
✅ Comfort working in a busy environment
✅ Internet and social-media savvy
✅ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
💵 Base salary plus bonus and profit sharing
