Brand Strategist.

My client is hiring a superstar Brand Strategist. You will be leading the strategy and delivery for the APAC region. This initiative aims to move the business from siloed plans to crafting integrated consumer journeys, beyond just paid media, to incorporate all touchpoints in the consumer experience.

This successful candidate will be a strategist at heart but will have worked closely with data and tech in order to understand all aspects of the Connections Planning process. They needn't come from a full agency background, in fact having both client and agency side experience is a plus (although not required).

Skills and Experience

• 10yrs+ in strategy, or consumer research/tech roles
• Significant experience and/or knowledge of omni-channel marketing (beyond media)
• Experience with and a strong understanding of data & tech
• Strong consumer insight and analytical skills
• Ability to work with multiple marketing disciplines and drive consensus
• Extensive experience in running workshops with senior stakeholders
• Ability to manage end-to-end consumer journey mapping; from planning, to executing and optimising for success post-launch
• Ability to manage omnichannel brand plans: creating messaging and experiences that are dedicated to the client's brands across their end-to-end journey
• Working closely with multiple client and agency stakeholders both in-region and globally (across multiple time zones)
• Deliver projects within scope and budget whilst ensuring the work is of the highest quality
• Builds respectful, strong working relationships with internal teams, partners/vendors and the agency
