Assistant Event Manager.

Our client is a global engagement and marketing agency that believes in bringing brands and people together through powerful events. Currently expanding their team, the ideal Event Manager will be part of a highly creative team responsible for bringing these experiences to life.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the creative direction and manage overall project time-line
• Maintain and build client relationships through strategic consultative management approach
• Venue and supplier sourcing and presentation
• Manage adoption of client's requirements to mitigate legal/financial risks when engaging with third party suppliers
• Contract negotiations
• On-site event management / virtual meetings support
• Logistics guidance and coordination with relevant stakeholders for smooth on-site operations
• Ensure timely payment of all supplier/vendor/client invoices
• Other ancillary services as required

What we need from you:

• Strong communication skills, able to present and engage all levels of stakeholders
• Minimum of 3 years demonstrated history in driving and planning small and large scale events, preferably with APAC exposure
• Good local knowledge of local venues
• Strong problem solver
• Able to work independently and part of a team
• Strong digital skills
