WeAreAspire is partnering with a fast-growing event services company in Saudi Arabia, looking to hire an Account Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of client projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong client relationship management skills, strategic project oversight experience, and cross-functional team coordination abilities to deliver high-quality activations and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Lead client projects from initial briefing to post-event debriefing, ensuring seamless execution.
Develop and present proposals, aligning with client objectives and budgets.
Oversee the planning and execution of events, activations, and campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and invoicing, ensuring financial accuracy.
Identify up-selling and growth opportunities within existing client accounts.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance client solutions.
Contribute to business development efforts, including pitches and new client acquisition.
Produce post-event evaluations, analysing successes and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
3-5 years in account manager, events, activations, or client services within the events industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational abilities.
Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
Experience managing budgets, invoices, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in CRM systems and project management tools.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
