The Role
As the Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding annual value and volume renewal rate targets. Naturally, you will be tasked to develop new and existing growing accounts, with the opportunity to unlock new business potential with all client types.
You will enjoy building long term relationships with clients, and have the ability to apply creativity and demonstrate accountability across accounts. You will also aim to develop and maintain a deep understanding of this company's services, to ensure that the absolute best solutions are provided to clients.
The Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Account Servicing/Client servicing (B2B)
- A true relationship builder with a consultative approach.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Market Research experience a bonus.
- Strong commercial acumen.
