Venue Sales Manager.

💰 £50,000 base + 10% annual bonus
💸 2% commission on GP once target achieved
We operate one of London's most recognised large-scale event venues, delivering high-profile corporate conferences, award shows, brand launches, PR events, immersive experiences, private celebrations and business events.
The venue includes multiple flexible event spaces with capacity for up to 1,000 guests.
This role focuses exclusively on corporate and private venue sales (not ticketed club events).
We are hiring a proactive and commercially focused Senior Venue Sales Manager to drive corporate event revenue across our venue portfolio.
This is a hands-on B2B sales role, focused on:
Generating new corporate business
Targeting 15-20 prospective accounts per week
Converting inbound and outbound opportunities
Building tailored event packages from scratch
Selling conferences, brand launches, award shows and corporate parties
You will work closely with the in-house events operations team to ensure seamless delivery from contract to event execution.
This is a standalone senior sales role with no direct reports.
Proactively identify and win new corporate clients
Develop a strong outbound pipeline
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Build bespoke proposals and negotiate contracts
Meet monthly and quarterly gross profit targets
Maintain long-term client relationships
Collaborate with operations to deliver exceptional events
Team revenue target: £2M
Typical event value: £10k+ packages
You will have:
3-12 years' experience in venue, hospitality, or corporate event sales
A strong corporate client database / "black book"
Experience selling large-scale conferences and corporate events
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Confidence in proactive outbound business development
Stable career history
Experience from major London venues, large conference spaces, hotels with event facilities, or established venue groups is highly desirable.
