Programmatic Trader - Based in Singapore

Aspire are recruiting for a Programmatic Trader based in Singapore for a leading Independent Marketing Intelligence Company to join its award-winning trading team.
This successful candidate will be empowered to directly trade and run programmatic media campaigns across a diverse portfolio of business. As a Trader, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with Sales, Client Services, Product, Analysis and R&D teams across APAC and beyond. As the department, and business, are growing rapidly there is scope for you to really make this role your own.
Responsibilities * End to end campaign ownership & execution * Buying / bidding across multiple DSPs and platforms * Effectively balance time spent on KPI optimisation, client reporting, portfolio growth & profitability with time spent on learning & development * Grow client business via surpassing KPIs, delivering insights and building relationships * Use data, analysis, and trading expertise to deliver optimal campaign pacing and maintain & improve performance

Requirements

* Minimum 1-year previous industry experience in a trader role (or similar) * Ability to work with large datasets in Excel files and BI internal tools * Good working knowledge of campaign optimisation in DV360, Xandr, TTD * Strong mathematical and analytical skills are essential * Strong communication skills and an ability to work both independently and contribute within a team environment * A can do' attitude to provide energy, drive and enthusiasm and the dream to grow within the company
