Aspire has partnered with a prominent events and entertainment organiser based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. With a rich history of successful projects, they strive to deliver exceptional experiences to their clients and audiences.
We are seeking a skilled Technical Manager to join the team on a fixed-term contract for an upcoming art event. This role is crucial in ensuring the execution of the event by managing various technical aspects, including video, lighting, audio, and rigging.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the project management team to comprehend and strategize the technical specifications for individual projects.
- Supervise and administer technical equipment and resources for events and marketing initiatives.
- Guarantee that the configuration and functioning of video, lighting, audio, and rigging equipment adhere to the highest standards and fulfil expectations.
- Offer technical advice and assistance to on-site teams throughout the execution of events.
- Conduct routine maintenance and upgrades on technical equipment to maintain peak performance
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to enhance our technical capabilities.
- Collaborate in the development of budgets and the allocation of resources for technical requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proficient understanding of video, lighting, audio, and rigging for events.
- Experienced in CAD software and other office tools.
- Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in organising art events or similar functions is essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours in line with event schedules is vital.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
