Technical Lead - Golang.

A global maritime organisation are looking for a Technical Lead to join to lead the development of a brand new machine learning SaaS application used in global shipping.

The company are one of the largest maritime organisations with a large presence in Singapore, China, Europe and the USA. They are well established with a history going back over 50 years.

They are developing a new SaaS product that is set to revolutionise an industry that is largely using legacy software.

They are looking for a Technical Lead to join and lead both the development team and coordinate development practices with their research team. This is a largely hands-on role but would suit someone with great communications skills who has experience dealing with stakeholders.

The role would see someone conduct a wide range of tasks including developing, managing, architecting, and inventing.

Experience:

• Experience in React
• Fluent in backend development in at least one other language, for example, Go, Python, Java
• Experience with automated software testing. You know when to use unit, integration or E2E tests. You use coding practices like dependency injection to make software easier to test.
• Experience with DevOps processes and management of CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with setting up and managing Azure Cloud Environment
