Technical Account Manager.
- Location: Tokyo US$100000 - US$150000 per annum + bonus
Our client is a rapidly growing cybersecurity tech start-up that has already made significant strides in the US and Europe. With Series A funding secured and a strong financial foundation, they are expanding their footprint in the APAC region. They are looking for an experienced and motivated Technical Account Manager to support their customers and drive growth in Japan and surrounding areas. The role will be remote and location is open across APAC but Native Japanese is essential.
Job Summary: As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in the customer success team, engaging with clients pre and post-sales to ensure they receive the highest level of service and support. You will manage a portfolio of customers in Japan and a select few across APAC, leveraging your technical expertise and business acumen to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
