The role: Systems Engineer

The team is seeking a Systems specialist to provide system management, focusing on infrastructure and platform areas. In this role, you will deliver system architecture plans, manage resources, monitor performance.

Responsibilities:

• Install patches/releases/builds on customer platforms, adhering to quality assurance protocols and SLAs.

• Perform system restore/backup operations and implement data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.

• Provide technical support for installations, including troubleshooting and performance analysis.

• Conduct hardware assessments and review architectures for system upgrades and new implementations.

• Monitor and respond to technical issues.

• Assist presales with technical requests (architecture, configuration, hardware sizing, etc.).

• Produce technical documentation and training materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

• Essential: Unix/Linux (RHEL) System Administration experience with Apache configurations.

• Create documentation for service support in production and coordinate service handover to technical support.

• Proven complex troubleshooting experience.

• Desirable: IT certifications in Linux, MCSE, or networking.
