The role: Solutions Architect (APAC)

This position requires deep technical expertise to design and articulate tailored solutions for our customers. The ideal candidate will need to possess excellent technical, sales, and client-handling skills, coupled with a talent for active listening and creative problem-solving.

To note: Travelling is required for the role.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to qualify technical needs and design custom solutions.

• Partner with sales and teams to advance deals, validating solutions with POCs.

• Present complex solutions to all levels, including executives, and promote the platform at events.

• Identify areas for enhancement and provide feedback the teams.

To have:

• Expertise in NoSQL and MPP databases.

• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Proficiency in Linux.

• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, as you will be working closely with clients in Indonesia and across the APAC market.
