Senior/Operations Executive.

Our client a leading communications and event production agency with an international global presence. Amplifying stories and brands to meet a wide spectrum of solutions and engagement, our client provides a full suite of management services across their teams - to impress and drive the perfect event experience.

Currently seeking a Senior / Event Executive (Build), this role is responsible for the management and execution of the design & fabrication, working closely with vendors and partners and bringing to life artful and conceptual builds for some of the most recognisable consumer brands worldwide.

Job Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate artwork and build specifications for events
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all fabrications meet required specifications
• Manage and supervise on-site for event set-up and tear-down as required
• Streamline vendor selections and cultivate lasting supplier partnerships
• Negotiate and source best terms and quotations with suppliers and partners
• Manage administrative support by preparing Breakdown of Quantity (materials, fittings, fixtures required) and Purchase Orders
• Assist with other related duties as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of related experience or equivalent
• Familiarity with AutoCAD layout and Technical Production Design Plans
• Ability to understand Technical Drawings
• Demonstrated history of working within builds, design or fabrication production plans
• Background in soft furnishing or interior materials would be added advantage
• Highly competent in Microsoft Word / Excel / other project software
